Wohoo! After months of waiting, I finally received my pay as a newbie publisher of Google Adsense! Mind you, this is my first ever payout from Google. And I must say this… IT WORKS!
So, what is Google Adsense, you ask? Let me quote it for ya:
“Google Adsense Offers a contextual advertising solution to web publishers Delivers text-based Google AdWords ads that are relevant to site content pages.”
“Google AdSense is a fast and easy way for website publishers of all sizes to display relevant Google ads on their website’s content pages and earn money.”
For a wider view of this program, here’s a wiki of it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AdSense
Now guys, trust me… this really is a great extra-income opportunity for all of us and it wouldn’t hurt if you’d try it. All you need is a site or the easiest to set up, the blog. But of course, you need to work on one goal… increase your traffic. More visitors means more clicks on you ads. And yeah, Google pays you for every ad your visitor clicks, sweet!
One tip though, once you have reached the payout limit, choose a faster and easier form of payment. Mine was via Western Union Quick Cash. You will be given two main options by Google actually. Either you want it the aforementioned or through check. Unfortunately, check will just give you a headache as what the Western Union pesonnel had told me. You don’t want to experiece delays and bouncing checks, right?
In my case, Google just reflected the payment details in my account where its address and the payment’s Money Transfer Control Number were supplied — these will be asked in filling out the Receive Money form. When I went to a nearer Western Union branch, I was so glad that the pick-up was hassle free — well, it was Sunday and this particular agent had less customers. And then voila… rhardo now had his pay! w00t!
So guys, try this out and become a Google Adsense publisher now!
